Kennedy Transmission

I have been a repeat customer of the Plymouth Kennedy transmission shop because of their great service and prices. The shop manager was very courteous to my wife and helped her understand what repairs were needed and completed the work on time and on budget.

In Brief This shop management is cheaters and they utilize the opprtunity to give the price for you. No1 cheaters
Repair Need to repalce the Mid pipe with resonator for 1995 nissan altima
Cost Quoted for me: $340.00 including tax.
Cost quoted by almost all major shops like Firestone,Midas,PrecisionTune: Max is : $220
I reapired at Midas for $190 inlcuding taxes.

What Happened:Review: This shop is no 1 cheater and they saw my situation that my car was giginvg loud voice and mid pipe was broken and gave such a high quote $340. I inquired with all other major repir shops and nobody was giving me quote more than $220. I called back this store manager joe and explained the situation and he was insisting on same price and was not ready to listen to any of my words. I dropped the idea of repairing here and went to Midas and fixed nicely.
Mean while I send mail to corporate office of Kennedy Transmission, and person named Mike called me and asked me to send the reppair bill to him and he said he wil investigate but he did not do anything. he was just telling apology. this is another kind of cheating as if he is going to do something about this issue and give me any nice response to me..but nothing.
